As the Managing Agent for the Gables at Ohio Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce, the Virtual Annual Election Meeting has been scheduled for Monday August 19, 2024, at 6:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) Class A members to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association.
Enclosed are the ballot, proxy, agenda, and candidacy statements. The simplest way to cast your vote is electronically, on the Association website, or by email or fax. You may also return your ballot and proxy by U.S. mail to the address below. Your proxy will only be used if you are unable to attend. For your vote to be counted, Essex must receive them by the deadline below.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Virtual Annual Election Meeting on Monday August 19, at 6:00 pm. If you have any questions prior to the meeting, you may email them to your Association Manager at dwyann@essexhoa.com or Scan the QR Code and click on the “Contact Us” tab in the upper right corner of the HOA website and follow the prompts.
If you have not registered on your Association website, please do so today.
